Credit Policy
All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, unless pre-approved Online Purchasing Power, an OPP Account has been established. To establish your Online Purchasing Power, simply submit a completed credit application to our finance department for approval. Once approved, we’ll enroll you in an account that’s best suited for your circumstances, whether its 30 day terms, cash advance, or cash on delivery. Past due invoices will incur finance charges of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year). Delinquent accounts will be liable for the invoice amount, finance charges, and all costs incurred to collect the past due amount.
Standard UPS Shipping for Online Orders
Because of our significant shipping volume and longstanding relationship with UPS, our shipping costs are quite reasonable, and we’re able to pass these savings on to our customers. Our central location allows for fast turn around to most destinations. Most customers will receive UPS ground deliveries within 3 days of ordering, depending on location. When placing your order, be sure to specify your preferred delivery method from the options listed below. Please take note of UPS guidelines for standard shipments. Orders that do not comply with these guidelines will need to be shipped as freight.

Weight and Size Information for UPS Shipments
Maximum Weight: 150 lb.
Maximum Package: 130" length and girth combined with a maximum length of 108"
Minimum charge for package measuring 84" - 107" in length and girth combined will be equal to the charge for 30 lb. packages
Minimum charge for package measuring 108" - 130" in length and girth combined will be equal to the charge for 70 lb. packages
If the dimensional weight of a package measuring over 1 cubic foot exceeds the actual weight, the dimensional weight will be used to determine the package charge.
Haz-Mat shipments require special arrangements and charges.

Freight Charges
All non-standard orders, (outside standard UPS regulations) will be shipped (F.O.B. our warehouse), using the best possible carrier for the classification and destination of your order. The cost for your shipment will be billed to you via separate invoice.

Transportation Claims
All orders are shipped via the best possible carrier. Air freight or other special handling for rush shipments is available on request. We pack merchandise carefully to keep it from being damaged, but it is possible for a shipment to be lost or damaged in transit. Claims should be filed with UPS or the common carrier by the purchaser within the time limit allowed by the carrier.
Price Changes
It is our objective to remain competitive, offering you great products at our currently advertised pricing. However, it may be necessary, at some time, for us to change our prices due to rapidly changing prices of raw materials encountered by our manufacturers. This is subject to occur without notice, and we apologize in advance for any difficulties this inconvenience may cause. PoolEquip.com reserves the right to substitute alternate and/or equal products when necessary. Any typographical error in pricing will be corrected in house.
Returns
Merchandise returned for credit must include a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. You will be assigned a number when you call us for information about returns. Merchandise returned without an assigned RGA number will not be accepted. Authorized returns are subject to inspection before credit issuance and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Custom/Special Orders
Custom/Special orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit and may not be cancelled. Parts may require full payment in advance. Special orders may not be returned for credit.
